... Yeah so I need ideas for DeGrey counterpicks. A lot of the obvious ones like Setuki/Troq are just characters I don't enjoy playing as.

Boy oh boy do I identify with that S T R U G G L E. I would personally put forward Quince. I've played the matchup a ton and I think there's a slight advantage for Quince and that mostly comes about because Quince isn't actually that much slower than DeGrey. I will say, you do have to suss out the kind of DeGrey you're playing. I have typically played ones that rely on Ace dodging a ton and that's the easier iteration to deal with, imo because you're mostly playing blodge/throw. Ones who use Pilebunker in neutral are the ones you need to watch out for. Or, maybe they're the ones I need to watch out for since I throw a fair amount against DeGrey.
Anywho, beyond that, it's good to know a couple things. 1) Righteous Zeal beats PCP so if you've got the read, it's an amazingly disheartening punish. 2) Pilebunker beats Righteous Zeal and your mind might explode if you spin Q and then get undercut by the slimmest of margins. Also, this particular interaction can REALLY open up your ability to play a big meaty combo off a 5 or 6 attack if you think your opponent is that kind of player. 3) You can navigate Trouble Rhetoric on Positive Spin turns with relative ease since TR cares about what was initially revealed, not what a card may be spun to. 4) On the flipside, DeGrey can sometimes ignore your Flagstone Tax during K-Spin + Throw Tax turns if he's got PCP (the drug, not the card). 5) Be mindful when spinning for K's and Q's when your opponent has played the winning option so that you don't give them additional MHG damage.
Anywho, that's all I've got off the top of my head. I also lowkey think Valerie can be okay against DeGrey but I'm not versed enough in that MU to offer anything particularly useful.

Rook is a fun pick against DeGrey. It's super controlly, and if you can grind a DeGrey player down to a low hand it's super satisfying. Just don't ever play an attack that loses to Pilebunker.

Those two are pretty cool picks. So far Quince has been my go to, but I'm just not confident in my Quince lately. I think my Quince gameplay is a bit off since coming back.
When I was picking up anti-Degrey stuff Rook was one of my picks at one point. Rook could be a solid pick, I just hate it when people know the anti Rook Troublesome Rhetoric of playing Block and then playing Reversal/Goldburst. Just because of that I think its 5-5. Although hitting Stone Wall MHG is extremely satisfying. I'm honestly thinking about it.
Got a lot of second thoughts on opening picks against DeGrey. (Zane is actually among him despite the low enjoyment levels I get playing him without Anarchy.) If there is a character that tilts me the most its DeGrey.

Well, that should help with your DeGrey problem I hear. Also, TRAITOR.
