This is maybe coaching, not a rules interjection, but isn't it possible to attack first with midband orpal, then maxband orpal and do the saccing+rune spreading then? So you can keep orpal at full health.

Confession time - I had spent this game typing "Crypt Crawler" while visualising "Plague Spitter". Thats why last turn I summoned two Crypt Crawlers but spent 6g on them and listed their ability as "Deals Damage as -1/1 Runes". I've just fixed it in all my turns but if you want me to revert to the actual Crypt Crawler unit I'll do so. Other than the gold spend on my part it wouldn't have made any difference to this line so far. P2T5
